Returns. Standard returns within 30 days of delivery; return shipping is paid by the customer. Custom portraits are made from your photo and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
Arrives safely or we make it right. If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement after verification.
