How long until my canvas ships? Every canvas is made to order and ships within 3 business days. You get a tracking number by email when it leaves.
Do you ship outside the United States? Not at the moment. We ship within the U.S. only, and shipping is free.
What is the canvas like? Stretched canvas printed with eco-solvent inks, wrapped around a 1.5-inch deep wooden frame with a clean gallery wrap on the edges. No extra frame needed.
Is it ready to hang? Yes. A hanging kit is included and the frame is light enough for a single hook.
Which size should I choose? As a rule, the canvas should be about two-thirds the width of the furniture beneath it. 24×36 in suits most sofas and beds; 16×24 in suits a desk or console; 30×45 and 40×60 in are for large walls. Every product page has a size guide with centimetres.
Can I return a canvas? Yes, within 30 days of delivery, in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Custom portraits cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
My canvas arrived damaged. Send photos of the canvas and packaging to within 7 days of delivery. After verification we ship a replacement free of charge.
How do custom portraits work? Order the portrait style you like, then upload or email your photo. We draw the portrait, send you a preview to approve, and print it once you are happy.
Where are the canvases made? Printed and assembled in the USA.
