Refund policy
30-day returns. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the
canvas must be in its original condition and packaging. Contact us at info@kubogallery.com
with your order number to start a return; we will send the return address and instructions.
Do not ship items back before hearing from us.
Return shipping. Standard returns are shipped at the customer's expense. Once the returned
canvas is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within
10 business days.
Custom portraits. Custom portraits are made from your photo and are unique to you. They
cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
Arrives safely or we'll make it right. If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing
defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the canvas and the
packaging. After verification we will send a free replacement. Damage that occurs after
delivery is not covered.
Wrong item. If you received a different artwork or size than you ordered, contact us within
7 days and we will send the correct item at no cost.
Cancellations. Because every canvas is made to order, orders can be cancelled only before
production starts. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering.
