Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

At Kubo Gallery, we stand behind the quality of every artwork we ship. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window.


30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

All artworks — including custom orders — are eligible for return and refund within this period. We do not charge restocking fees and we do not designate any items as final sale.

To qualify for a return:

  • The artwork must be in its original condition

  • The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit

  • Proof of purchase is required

We strongly recommend using the original packaging whenever possible.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Responsibility

If you are returning an item due to personal preference (including change of mind), you are responsible for:

  • Purchasing your own return shipping label

  • Covering all return shipping costs

  • Ensuring the artwork is safely packaged

Kubo Gallery is not responsible for damage occurring during customer-arranged return shipping.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your artwork upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, contact us immediately.

In such cases, we will:

  • Provide a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund

If a return is required due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.


Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only in cases where the artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake.

We do not offer exchanges for personal preference or change of mind.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned artwork, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
