Shipping policy
Where we ship. Kubo Gallery ships within the United States only. We do not ship
internationally at this time.
Cost. Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order. There are no expedited options.
Processing. Every canvas is printed and assembled to order. Orders are processed and ship
within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Custom portraits ship
after you approve the artwork preview.
Tracking. You receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email as soon as your
order leaves our facility. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location and are not
guaranteed.
Address changes. Contact us at info@kubogallery.com as soon as possible. Once an order has
shipped we cannot change the address.
Damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with
photos of the packaging and the canvas. After verification we will send a replacement at no
cost. See our Return and refund policy for details.
