At Kubo Gallery, we are committed to processing and delivering your artwork with care, efficiency, and reliability.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

We begin preparing your artwork as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard shipping within the U.S. is free of charge.

Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Express Shipping

We offer expedited shipping options at checkout.

Express shipping orders are typically shipped within 1 business day and incur an additional fee (calculated and displayed at checkout).

Delivery times for express shipping depend on the carrier selected.

Carriers & Tracking

We ship using trusted carriers including UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

All shipments include a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to you via email.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Kubo Gallery is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

International Shipping
